What We Do and How Quotes Work
What the Service Does
Toronto Pallets matches buyers and sellers of pallets in Toronto and the GTA with partner suppliers in our network. We take requests and match them. We do not own a yard, warehouse, trucks or repair shop. The partner supplier you are matched with handles the pallets, the pickup or delivery, and the sale.
Send a Request
Use the form to tell us whether you want to buy, sell or recycle pallets, along with the size, grade, quantity and your location in the GTA. The more detail you include, the easier it is to match you. A quote request is free and carries no obligation.
Get Matched
We pass your request to a local supplier in our network that fits what you asked for. Availability depends on partner suppliers, including for repair, custom pallets, pickup and delivery.
Receive a Quote
A partner supplier follows up with you directly. Pricing is by quote from partner suppliers and depends on grade, size, quantity, location and current supply. This site does not set prices.
Decide What Works for You
Review the quote and confirm the details with the supplier, including what grade you are getting and how the pallets will be moved. If it suits you, you arrange the sale with that supplier. If it does not, you are under no obligation.
What Pallet Grades and Terms Mean
Grade A or #1
Used pallets in the cleanest condition, with few or no visible repairs. A common choice where appearance matters.
Grade B or #2
Used pallets with more wear, which may include repaired boards. A common choice for warehousing and general shipping.
Grade C
Used pallets with the most visible wear, typically suited to one-way trips or internal use. Grade definitions can vary, so confirm them with the supplier.
Remanufactured
Pallets rebuilt from reclaimed components, which may differ from a standard grade. Ask the partner supplier how they were built.
Stringer or Block
Stringer pallets use lengthwise boards and are often 2-way entry, while block pallets use blocks and usually allow 4-way entry.
HT Stamp
An HT stamp means heat treated under ISPM 15, with the wood core reaching 56 °C for at least 30 minutes.
