Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Referral Service Only
Toronto Pallets is a referral service. We take quote requests for pallets in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area and pass them to partner suppliers in our network. We do not make, stock, sell, buy, repair, collect or deliver pallets, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a partner supplier. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Quote Requests
Submitting the form is free and does not oblige you to buy or sell anything. It also does not guarantee that a partner supplier will be available for your request. Availability depends on partner suppliers.
3. Partner Suppliers
Partner suppliers are independent businesses. Each one sets its own prices, terms, delivery arrangements, warranties and returns. Please review those directly with the partner supplier before you agree to anything.
4. Site Information
Sizes, grades and guidance on this site are general information. Pallets vary, so confirm the specification, load rating and any regulatory requirement with your partner supplier and check current regulations for your use. The site is provided as is, and Toronto Pallets gives no warranty about the site, its content, or any product or service supplied by a partner supplier.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Toronto Pallets is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from dealings with a partner supplier, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or business interruption.
6. Acceptable Use
Please submit only accurate information and do not misuse the form, including by sending spam or trying to interfere with the site.
7. Site Content
The content of this site belongs to Toronto Pallets or is used with permission. Please do not copy it for commercial use without asking.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how quote requests are handled.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies once it is posted here with a new date at the top of the page.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the quote form or to info@toronto-pallets.com.
